Godwin Djokoto is the Managing Partner of the firm. He was called to the Ghana Bar in October 2003. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree from the Schulich School of Law, Dalhousie University in Halifax Nova Scotia, Canada.

Portia, a partner of the firm, was called to the Ghana Bar in October 2004. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Ghana and a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom in Labour Law.
